  • What kind of content do you specialize in?

    Video content that is grounded, human, and made to connect. That includes short documentaries, social campaigns, founder stories, brand overviews, customer testimonials, and more.

  • Do you only work with big brands?

    Not at all. We work with organizations of all sizes, from international brands to small businesses and mission-driven startups. If you care about telling a real story with intention, we’re probably a good fit.

  • What’s the process like if I want to work with you?

    We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, timeline, and what kind of story needs telling.

    From there, we’ll propose a creative approach, build a production plan, and walk you through next steps. We handle everything from scripting to final delivery.

  • How much does a project cost?

    Budgets vary depending on scope, location, crew size, and deliverables. We’re transparent about pricing and work hard to find smart solutions that fit your goals.

  • Do you travel?

    Yes. Our team is based in New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, and Atlanta, and we travel regularly for shoots.

    Whether it's one location or multiple cities, we’ll build a plan that works logistically and creatively.

  • What if I don’t know exactly what I need yet?

    That’s totally fine, and actually pretty common. We can help you figure out what kind of content makes the most sense based on your goals, audience, and budget. You don’t need a brief to start the conversation.

  • Can I use the final video in multiple places?

    Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it.

    We’ll help you think through how to make the most of your content, whether that’s social cutdowns, web placement, internal use, or repurposing it for future campaigns.

  • Do you offer editing-only services?

    In select cases, yes, especially if you already have footage but need help shaping the story. That said, we do our best work when we’re involved from the beginning.

  • How far in advance should I reach out?

    The sooner the better, especially for larger campaigns or time-sensitive shoots.

    Ideally, reach out at least 4–6 weeks before your ideal shoot window. But if you're on a tighter timeline, still reach out. We’ll see what’s possible.
